UB1200 wood chipper is an advanced material cutting equipment. This machine has advantages over many other wood chippers and is manufactured based on the theory of shearing and cutting. When designing the machine, the engineer fully considers the safety of the feeding system. The professional speed detection and feedback system can reduce the load on the motor parts and improve the operator's efficiency. If the material being fed is too large or too hard, or the diesel engine is overloaded, the system will automatically switch from continuous feed to intermittent feed. In the event of a jam, the operator can control the machine manually and reverse the feed roller. In addition, the exhaust gases of the diesel engine are directly connected to the shredding chamber, which increases the discharge capacity.
UB1200 wood shredder is mainly used for shredding logs, branches, stunted logs, sawmill residue, shrubs, etc. for material preparation in paper mill, dense board plant and biomass power plant.
